Directly involved in the manufacturing industry for the past 32 years. I work for Playmobil Malta which is an established toy company originated in Germany. HR Executive for the past 15 years directly responsible for Training and Development and other HR activities including specific training programmes i.e. Industrial relations, recruitment and apprentice selection, updating job descriptions and performance appraisals. Currently I am directly involved in a new evolving department which prepares and trains young adults for a future in the production industry.

I am a Certified Trainer in Dr. Edward de Bono’s Thinking Methods: I have designed and delivered a number of Training Courses to Playmobil employees and also in other local companies. These include: GWU, Baxter Ltd, MIB, Junior Chamber Malta, StartUp Malta, Richmond Foundation, iWorld Group, Rosewall Insurance Company and Istituto Paolo Frere
