Raquel Moragues partner of Sincronia Consultores since 2006 has worked in multicultural environments as a coach and trainer. Sincronia offers customized in-house bilingual courses and programs tailored to meet today’s businesses needs, providing participants with the opportunity to expand their business knowledge and skills in a convenient, flexible schedule of their own design. Trainings and seminars essentially include two – track perennial favourites such as: management/Leadership, or contemporary challenges as Cultural Diversity/ Innovation. Raquel holds a BA in Economics & Entrepreneurship from Babson College, MA, USA. Her professional experience includes working as Logistics & Purchasing Manager at Futura International Airways for nine years and as Currency trader in LAFISE, Miami. Other areas of expertise are Quality assessment and Human Resources Management, holding courses of both fields.

Nowadays her major area of interest lies in Education, so last year she got Certified as a Six Thinking Hats© Trainer from de Bono Thinking Systems Spain and has since been engaged in IndigoLab, her new company and challenge, where she fosters new ideas & creativity and innovation : As Albert Einstein once said, “Creativity is intelligence having fun.”
