Sobre Nosotros

Creemos que un día cada uno de los miembros de nuestras comunidades asumirá la responsabilidad de hacerse una pregunta fundamental, tanto profesional como personalmente: “¿Qué hemos aportado para marcar una diferencia en el mundo en que vivimos?”. ¿Dónde estaremos en la predecible “Singularidad” (The Singularity”) del año 2045? Un antiguo dicho Nativo Americano nos recuerda que “nosotros no heredamos la tierra de nuestros ancestros, nosotros se la tomamos prestada de nuestros hijos.”

Aquí en Donna Pace & Associates, mi cometido es de unir a un grupo extraordinario de personas, con el valor añadido de nuestra experiencia multicultural colectiva, y con una caja de herramientas de sistemas basada en 4 principios fundamentales del managament del siglo XXI.

Estos son los elementos esenciales de este nuevo paradigma de cambio (Leadershift).
